A semi – sweet wine is made of Rkatsiteli grape as a result of stopping fermentation by means of natural cooling. It contains 10 – 12 % alcohol and 18-45 g/dm3 sugar residue. Wine “Shishtapa” combining the features of the wine from which it is made of is drunk softly and it is light golden. It has a berry flavor. It is recommended to drink it with fruits, nuts and vegetables.
