Wine “Shishtapa” is semi – sweet and made of Saperavi and Merlot grapes by means of natural cooling of fermentation. An excellent light wine is formed with the completeness of Saperavi and high extract content of Merlot. It contains 10 – 12 % alcohol and 18-45 g / dm3 sugar residue. It is recommended to drink the wine with dried fruit aromas together with beef and chicken dishes.
